je possède un store banne ICI store depuis 2018. un bras a malheureusement cédé cette année. j'ai peu effectuer le remplacement des deux bras moi même grâce au soutien technique du SAV qui s'est montré très disponible et très patient avec moi. j'ai bénéficié du support gratuitement en Visio WhatsApp pendant la réparation. Tous mes contacts téléphoniques accueil, commerciale, et SAV ont été très sympa et très pro. il m'ont également renvoyé le mode d'emploi pour réinitialiser les fin de courses . super disponibles. je ne regrette pas le choix de cette marque. I was able to replace both arms myself thanks to the technical support from customer service, who were very helpful and patient. I received free support via WhatsApp video call during the repair. All my phone contacts—reception, sales, and customer service—were very friendly and professional. They also sent me the instructions for resetting the limit switches. They were incredibly helpful. I don't regret choosing this brand.

3 ans après l'achat, problème de moteur sur mon store banne. J'ai appelé ici-store sans vraiment y croire. Et pourtant, quelle bonne surprise : SAV ultra-réactif, moteur envoyé par la poste illico presto, tuto video pour la pose sur youtube. Le tout gratuitement. Je dis bravo. Three years after purchase, my awning motor had a problem. I called ici-store without much hope. And yet, what a pleasant surprise: ultra-responsive customer service, a replacement motor sent by mail immediately, and a video tutorial for installation on YouTube. All free of charge. I'm impressed.
